WCO Canned Food Drive - now through May 20

The high school club WCO (World Culture Outlook) is currently hosting a food drive for the Bay Area Rescue Mission, a non-profit organization dedicated to aiding and serving the Bay Area's homeless population. They would like to invite you all to participate. The drive will last until next Tuesday, May 20th.

Donations may be dropped off at labeled boxes around campus including the main building lobby, upstairs by the elevator, ELB lobby, or gym entrance. Please donate only canned or dry food (such as pasta, rice, cereal, uncooked beans, etc.). Any contribution will be appreciated.

HS 24-25 Semester 2 May 19-23 Schedule (NO EARLY RELEASE WEDNESDAY) HS 24-25 May 19-23 Schedule

Schedule as usual for Monday and Tuesday.

Final exam begins on Wednesday with D and C period first, followed by F and E period, and then B and A period.

PLEASE NOTE THERE IS NO EARLY RELEASE FOR HIGH SCHOOL ON WEDNESDAY. THEY WILL END FINAL EXAM AT 3:20PM.

2024-2025 Yearbooks Are Here!
Thank you to Mr. Carey Fong and the yearbook staff for all their hard work in creating this year's yearbook! Yearbooks will be distributed to the high school today (Thurs. 5/15) after chapel by the yearbook staff. As you sign yearbooks, here are a few reminders about yearbook etiquette & expectations:

  • Write your name in your yearbook.
  • Please respect the yearbook, those who put it together, and the owner of the yearbook by not defacing yearbooks in any way. Defacing someone else's yearbook, can lead to appropriate consequences.
  • Be appropriate with what is written.
  • Be sure that yearbooks are not a distraction during classroom instruction. Signing/viewing the yearbook during class should only be done with direct permission from the teacher.
  • Teachers/Staff can confiscate yearbooks if they are a distraction during class or if they discover inappropriate material written in them.
  • Use the opportunity to write words of encouragement and blessing to your schoolmates!

Locker Clean-up & Textbooks
Locker Clean-up Times: Mon. (5/19) & Tues. (5/20) during Lunch

  • Remove all items by the end of lunch on Wed. 5/21
  • A CCA Staff member is collecting gently used school supplies for a low income school in our area. Donations to students that need supplies in the fall. You can place items in the marked bins/boxes.
  • Remove ALL items, tape, stickers, etc. Be sure to remove any tape/sticker residue.
  • Once completely cleaned, leave locker doors unlocked and open.
    • Additional trash & recycling cans will be made available.
Textbook Collection
  • Mon. 5/19 through Fri. 5/23
  • Be sure to remove papers and sticky notes prior to returning your textbooks.
  • Lunch: Turn into the Front Desk
  • After school: (3:25-4:00pm): Turn in bottom of the north stairwell
